You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. One account per person.
You may use Membrs only for lawful grant fundraising purposes. You may not use the service to: scrape funder data for resale, submit fraudulent applications, or circumvent usage limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Membrs' AI provides recommendations and draft content. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before submission. Membrs does not guarantee the accuracy of eligibility assessments or the success of grant applications.
Membrs is provided "as is". We are not liable for: failed grant applications, missed deadlines, or inaccurate eligibility assessments. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
