About Membrs

Grant funding software,
built on evidence.

Grant funding software and an evidence-aware AI assistant for UK charities.

Why Membrs exists

Most UK charities find funding the hard way: spreadsheets, bookmarked funder pages, and eligibility criteria buried in PDFs and websites that change without notice. The research is repetitive, and the cost of getting it wrong is a rejected application and weeks of wasted work.

Membrs organises searchable UK funding records in one place and puts the eligibility question first: before a funding opportunity reaches your review pipeline, Isla — our AI assistant — reads the funder's published criteria and checks them against your charity's profile, citing the clauses she found. You see the evidence, then you decide whether to apply.

How we work

We hold ourselves to a few plain rules, and we publish them because they shape the product:

Source-linked eligibility checks.

Eligibility verdicts cite the published criteria they were checked against, so you can verify them yourself.

Confidence gates, not guarantees.

Results enter your Eligible Pipeline at 80%+ eligibility confidence with a positive verdict. That is an AI confidence threshold — not an accuracy rate and not a promise of eligibility or funding.

Humans review before applying.

Membrs prepares the research and the evidence; a person at your charity reviews it and makes the call.

AI can make mistakes.

Isla is built to cite sources, mark uncertainty, and ask when information is missing — but she can still be wrong, and we say so everywhere the product makes a claim.

The same rule applies to this website: we don't publish statistics we can't stand behind, testimonials we didn't receive, or certifications we don't hold.
