When you run auto-fill (during onboarding, or any time from your charity profile's Auto-fill with Isla card), Isla reads your uploaded documents, the Charity Commission register, your website, and public sources — then answers the empty questions on your 127-question charity profile, citing where each answer came from.
- Isla only fills questions you haven't answered — she never overwrites anything you've written
- Each filled answer shows its source, so you can check her working
- Auto-fill from Settings leaves the answers unsaved until you review and press Save
TipVerdicts and matches lean on your profile — a well-filled profile is the single biggest thing you can do to improve eligibility results.
