It depends on your plan. Free trial users get 3 Quick Match runs. Paid plans range from 10 Quick Match runs per month on Starter up to 300 on Organisation. Each run searches across thousands of funders, so even a single run can uncover dozens of relevant opportunities for eligibility checks.
Isla reads the actual funder criteria from their website and compares it to your charity profile. Accuracy depends on how detailed your charity profile is and how clearly the funder states their criteria. We recommend always double-checking the funder's website before applying — think of it as a very thorough first filter, not a guarantee.

For long drafting sessions we recommend a desktop or tablet. Chatting with Isla works particularly well on mobile.
Go to Settings → Plan & billing and click ‘Manage plan’. You can cancel at any time. Before you go, grab a copy of everything with Settings → Account → Download my data.
Yes. Your documents and eligibility data are stored encrypted, your charity information is never shared with third parties, and we comply with UK GDPR. You can download everything Membrs holds about you (Settings → Account → Download my data) or permanently delete your account at any time.
Eligibility checks run in scheduled processing batches rather than instantly, so a verdict can take a little while to appear after you request it. You don't need to keep the tab open — checked funders surface on Today and in your pipeline when they're done.
Verification codes come from Isla at Membr (isla@mark.quantaum.co.uk). On a first signup the email sometimes lands in spam or junk — check there first. You can request a fresh code from the verification screen; codes expire after 10 minutes.
