Settings → Account → Your data→ Download my data gives you a ZIP of everything Membrs holds about you:
- Your account details and workspace memberships
- Charity profiles, scan settings, and your full pipeline — including Isla's eligibility reports
- Application drafts, bid library, and notifications
- Every document you've uploaded, as the original files
